Army Combat Fitness (ACFT)

The Army Combat Fitness Test is an Army Wide fitness program that will test Soldiers in three functions of physical fitness: strength, power, and endurance. Every Soldier is expected to meet a certain baseline physical standard. Under the current plan, Active duty and AGR Soldiers will take the ACFT two times per year, and Reserve and Guard Soldiers will take it once per year. We’ll make sure you’re ready!
