I am an experienced fitness trainer, with Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience understanding human physiology, anatomy, and the basics of fitness – specializing in performance-based training, bodybuilding, coaching, competition preparation, and nutrition.
