I have helped clients with their fitness goals for the past 14-years. Considered a fitness industry expert, I have trained to meet the rigorous standards of the International Federal of Body Builders (IFBB) Pro Physique competition. After years of holistic training, I participated in IFBB Women’s Figure/Physique competition in 2015.

And that was just the beginning…

My dedication, hard work, and passion for fitness & bodybuilding started to show colors. I was awarded the ISSA Master Trainer Certification in 2016. This prestigious certification helps establish my expertise in the areas of strength, fitness, nutrition, and wellness. In 2017 USA Nationals, I earned my IFBB Pro Card.

When it comes to creating personalized fitness plans for my clients, my focus is to empower them and build their self-confidence. I believe that unless you love and worship your body, you cannot achieve your wellness goals. Hence, I work closely with my clients to understand their unique body types, physiology, lifestyle, and goals.

This enables me to curate an individualized plan that meets your fitness goals while ensuring emotional and mental resilience. During this process, I also incorporate my expertise in powerlifting, strength training, Muay Thai conditioning, and body-building to help achieve desired fitness results for our clients.

My tailored health plans are focused on fat reduction, lean tissue gain, strength build-up, body composition, and improved motion & stability. I am also a certified clinician with NeuX, providing avant-garde treatment and rehabilitation to athletes, victims of car accidents, people with eating disorders, depression/anxiety, and insomnia – or those with disability.

Throughout her journey in the health and fitness sector, her key mantra has been to break the physical, mental, and emotional barriers people face – and create a fitness regime for a happy & healthy you.
