I first started going to the gym when I was 14 and I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. I remember how intimidating it was trying to lift weights and not even knowing where to start. Luckily, I had my dad there to help me and show me different exercises along with proper lifting techniques. Here I am 14 years later, and I have the opportunity to show others everything that I’ve learned. I don’t want anyone to feel intimidated, scared, or anxious about the gym. I want to empower people and help them believe in themselves.

I received certification from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. Whether you’re new to the gym or have been going for years, each fitness program is designed specifically for your individual needs. It is my ultimate goal to help you reach a happy, well-balanced lifestyle. This entails more than lifting weights. This also means nutrition, rest and sleep, motivation, and mindset.

There is no greater feeling than showing a client how to tap into their full potential and seeing them grow both physically and mentally. I want you to be comfortable and confident in your body and create a healthier lifestyle that is sustainable in the long term. This is your fitness journey and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Whether you’re new to the gym or have been going for years and just want that extra support and accountability, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from beginners to advanced gym-goers, and look to meet the needs of any individual – whether they’re just starting, restarting or continuing their fitness journey.

There is an art to being uncomfortable and with dedication and hard work, there are tremendous rewards awaiting. It takes patience and skill to empower clients and there is no greater feeling than showing an eager client how to tap into their full potential.

I’ve gained a vast amount of knowledge over the 14 years of my personal fitness journey. Which led to me becoming a nationally qualified figure competitor. I am accredited by the ISSA as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I’ve been lifting for 14 years and over the course of my own fitness journey, have grown and learned so much. It’s time to share the knowledge I have gained. Discipline and dedication as a nationally qualified figure competitor/bodybuilder.

I’m a competitive bodybuilder/nationally qualified bodybuilder. Along with the knowledge from my 14 years of lifting/training, I also implement the knowledge I have gained from my bodybuilding prep into my client’s training programs. I started lifting weights 14 years ago and fell in love with it.
